Expertise and Experience: Duduzile Shinya is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is currently the Corporate Finance Executive for Schweppes Zimbabwe Limited. She is a Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe, and sits on the Audit and Finance Committee as well as the Accounting Procedures Committee.

Duduzile is currently studying towards her Masters in Business Leadership with UNISA. Her business and financial management experience spans over 16 years having worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Audit and later in Corporate Finance. She also worked as an Executive Director in the Corporate Finance arm of Imara Capital.

As Managing Director Peter is responsible for the entire management of CBZ Bank in line with the Bank’s profitability, corporate governance and compliance objectives as agreed with the Board of Directors.

Mike has vast experience in Treasury and has worked in the CBZ Bank Treasury Division since 2005. He holds an Msc in Leadership and Change management from the Gordon Institute of Business Studies, University of Pretoria and various other qualifications in Treasury Management and International Trade.
